Our Programs
Programs That Open Doors
Every program we run is free to participants. We remove the financial barriers that keep people from accessing education, mental health support, cognitive resources, academic diagnostic screenings, job training, and the arts.
Who We Serve
Changing Stars Foundation serves children and young adults ages 3–22 on the Treasure Coast who face barriers to education, wellness, and opportunity. Our programs are designed for families who cannot afford private services and communities that have been historically underserved.
Every program is free to participants. We believe that access to learning, support, and creative expression should never depend on a family's income.

The arts build confidence, communication, and resilience. We offer free creative workshops in visual arts, music, and performance for youth who would otherwise have no access to arts education or enrichment.
